Covering an E-book

The cover of the e-book Threshold Girl, by me, Dorothy Nixon. I took the picture from a 1911 Delineator.  The house looks very middle class, and there's that light from the front window. I am sure the inside of Tighsolas looked very much like this. Except I know for a fact that that house had Victorian moulding on the ceilings and doors. Dark stained, likely oak, my husband says.

That would darken up the house inside a bit.

Threshold Girl is at www.tighsolas.ca/page10.pdf.pdf

The companion book, the Nicholson Family letters Spring/Summer 1911 are at www.tighsolas.ca/page11.pdf.pdf.

Tighsolas was for sale a while back, but they didn't put it with a real estate agent. So I couldn't go for a tour. I've been in the house across the street as it is a  restaurant... On College Street. Very dark in the middle, so Tigsholas was a house of light only around the outside. Great pastries. Restaurant La Duc, I think.

And I've been in a relations house too, also on cottage street.

The house next door, The Skinners' House, was for sale online so I could get a tour.
